Main (Header) Menu -
This Menu shows the broad subjects covered by the WebSite. This
is a Roll-Over Menu. As you take mouse pointer over an item the
corresponding Sub Menu
appears below. If a Main Menu item is clicked, an overview for that
item is displayed in the Content
Window.

This menu contains links to Sister Sites, access to site utilities
and other relevant sections.
